Q. Will the visitors to my website have to install any software to view my Overweb?
A. This new patent pending technology has no special hosting requirements and does not require special software. However OVERWEB3D® utilizes Macromedia Flash 8 plug-ins to view. If Flash 8 is not installed in the browser, the visitor will be prompted to install the FREE plug-in.

Q. How do I get my Green screen video Shot?
A. Selecting the right person to shoot your Overweb3D video is an important decision. You may elect to shoot the footage yourself or you can use a professional videographer. If you elect to shoot the video yourself, Overweb3D can guide you through the process as well as provide you with a list of recommended equipment and training videos.

Many of our clients elect to have their videos shot professionally. This usually ensures a top quality result. If you need assistance locating a videographer in your area, please consult with your Overweb3D agent for more information.

A. Yes. As long as you have "green screen" and have the ability to create a near DVD quality video file with audio and are able to format the video as an AVI file, you may submit your files to Overweb3D® and we will do the rest.

A. No. By taking advantage of fast internet connection speeds your Overweb3D™ clip will be downloaded in a progressive mode.

Q. What is the difference between streaming and progressive download?
A. Streaming: data chopped into bits and delivered in small chunks to user over the network; the user views/hears the file as it travels.These chunks are not permanently retained on the users' computer. Progressive download: simulates streaming, but a copy of the file actually travels to the users' computer.

Q. I have Flash 8 installed why cant see the Overweb3D™ video?
A. Due to computer system resource after you install the Flash 8 plug-in you may need to close the browser or even restart your computer.

Q. Can 56k viewers see my Overweb?
A. Since Overweb3D® was created as the next generation of rich media content; it is truly a broadband product. Our bandwidth profiler will analyze the viewer's connection speed and disengage Overweb3D® if a dial up connection is found.

Q. Can the Powered By Overweb3D™ be removed from my Overweb3D™ Video?
A. At this time, all preconfigured Overweb3D® plans require that the "Powered by Overweb3D" tag line be visible. Custom branded solutions are available. Please contact our sales department for more information.

Q. Can my Overweb video be longer than 30 seconds?
A. We recommend that you keep your Overweb3D® video between 20 and 30 seconds for optimal impact. Studies show that video content in excess of 20 to 30 seconds tends to motivate the viewer to click the "close" button. Since Overweb3D® is meant to be "First Impression Technology" , we would like to see you use that initial 20 to 30 seconds to "wow" your visitors and direct them to take your desired call to action.

A. Yes. The number of Overweb3D® clips is customizable to fit your needs. Please refer to the Overweb3D® preconfigured plans or contact our sales department to create a custom Overweb3D® package that is specific to your needs.

A. No problem, we actually have a system in place that allows you to preauthorize the purchase of additional Overweb3D® impressions should your account reach its view limit.

A. Our tech support department will notify you via email when your Overweb3D™ code is ready. You will then login to your account and there you will be able to copy and paste the code into your site or have the code sent to your website designer or content management team to insert the code.
